FACT: THE BIBLE, GOD'S WORD TELLS US HOW TO
AVOID HELL AND TO GO TO HEAVEN WHEN
WE DIE.
Are you 100% sure when you die that you will go to Heaven?
Did you know the Bible, God's word says that we can be 100% sure. In 1 John 5;13, we read, "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God."
The Bible says that we can know for sure that we have eternal life, so how do we know for sure?
Here is some bad news:
God wants us to go to Heaven when we die, but He cannot let us into Heaven because of sin.
What is sin? Anything that does not please God.
The Bible says in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
Everyone have done things that displease God. Most people will quote some of the Ten Commandments as a means of examples of sin such as adultery, stealing, or murder.
The Bible says in Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death...." This means we will all die not just a physical death, but our soul is bound for a devils hell and a lake of fire in the end. All are the wages for our sin.
Here is the good news:
The Bible says in Romans 5:8 , "But God commendeth his love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Jesus, God's only sinless Son was willing to pay for our sins by dying on a cruel cross some 2000 years ago. He died shedding His precious blood as atonement or payment for our sins. I believe Jesus loves you so much that if you were the only one He had to die for, He would have died for you.
Jesus did not stay on the cross. After He died, they buried Him in a tomb and three days later, he rose again. He is alive today.
The Bible says in Romans 10:9, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
If you today believe in your heart what Jesus did for your sins by dying on the cross and rising again from the grave and are willing to confess Him with your mouth, He promises through His Word that you will be saved.
Would you right now pray something like this?
Dear Jesus, I know I am a sinner and deserve hell, but I ask you Jesus to come into my heart and wash away my sins through your precious blood. Be my Savior and please give me the gift of eternal life as you have promised. Thank you Jesus for saving me.
